P&H is as specified per item, postage rates are not negotiable
Postage is based on weight and dimensions of the product. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the weight of goods then charges postage accordingly based on the Australia Post web calculator.
Pickup is NOT available.
Delivery / postage details
All orders are shipped via Australia post.
We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped next working day via post.
You should allow up to 7 – 10 working days to receive goods.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates as it is in the hands of Australia post once it has left our premises.
We are not responsible for any item damage once the order has been shipped from our premises. We package our products as best as possible before shipping to reduce the event of damage in transit.
Packaging damage is not included in the warranty for any products.
General conditions of refund or exchange
Bags / pouches are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged unless product is faulty.
Refund is available with in 7 days of receiving goods.
Postage / handling costs are not refundable.
Goods are to be returned at the expense of customer.
Goods are to be returned in original packaging and in “AS NEW” condition. Copy of Receipt to be included.
