Corn Soup for 1

Ingredients
  • 420g can of corn kernels
  • 1 can water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat corn (including the liquid from the can) & water. Bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat & use a hand blender to roughly chop up corn
  3. Add soy sauce, salt & pepper
  4. Serve. Ta-da!
