Ingredients
  • 400gram can of chickpeas – drained & well rinsed
  • ½ cup of jalapeno’s & their juice (from a jar)
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • Crushed red pepper to garnish
  • Olive Oil to drizzle
Instructions
  1. Put everything apart from the crushed red pepper & olive oil into a food processor & blend until smooth & creamy
  2. Garnish with crushed red pepper & olive oil
