Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • Salt & pepper to season’
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180oC & grease a loaf tin
  2. Combine the peanut butter & water together in a large bowl using electric beaters
  3. Add remaining ingredients & pour into prepared loaf tin
  4. Bake for 1 hour
